Lois Vignovich

Lois La Vonne (Lark) Vignovich passed away on Monday, April 5, 2010 at the Kavanagh House in Des Moines. She was 92.
Lois was born on March 22, 1918 in Beaver, Iowa to Frank and Hazel Lark. She married Eli Vignovich on August 14, 1945. Their marriage lasted 58 years until Eli passed away. She was a homemaker and also a waitress, a secretary and a volunteer. She retired from the law firm of Garten, Garten, and Landess.
She was preceded in death by her husband; brothers, Blair Lark, Berle Lark, and Frank Lark. She is survived by her sister, Joan McMullen (Gene) of Prairie City; her daughter, Donna Domian (Joe) of Cape Girardeau, MO; her son, Ray Vignovich (Carol Radosevich) of West Des Moines; and her granddaughters, Anne Domian, Lydia Vignovich, Kathleen Domian, and Andrea Vignovich.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m., Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 9, 2010 at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 4003 2nd Avenue, Des Moines, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Dear Ray and Family, So sorry to hear of your mother's loss. It is so hard to lose a parent. But remember the happy times and good memories with her and she will live on in your hearts forever. Take care and God Bless.
