Ryan told me about this on Friday. Sorry to hear about your loss but it is heaven's gain. Pastor Mike is a friend of mine and it is a comfort to see that she must have been a woman who loved Jesus.

To Marlys' family and to Neal,
It has been 56 years since Marlys and the 5th grade class came to our wedding. You both have grown up and now have grandchildren of your own to love and cherish. Marlys had a full life, giving love to those who came to her. Her life has been cut short, but she will always be close to each of you. May God be with all of you and hold you close in His arms.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Don and Velma Reese

Dear Linda, Glenn, Kelly and Kristi,
I was so sorry to hear about Marlys's passing. What a wonderful woman she must have been! I haven't seen her since I was a small child; I had hoped she could attend the reunion this fall and I could get to know her. Please, if you all could bring pictures and many happy stories of her to the reunion, it would be wonderful. For you children, I know there is no age that you don't feel like orphans when you lose a parent. I am so sorry. Please know that there are so many of us praying that God holds your hearts in His hand during this time. Bless you all; our prayers and thoughts are with you.

I know many of you won't know who I am, but I wanted to offer my comfort and prayers in this time of pain and loss. Marlys was my cousin on my Mom's side, Hazel (Ingle) Duckstein. May His love and grace carry you all through this trial.
