Service Details
Michael Dean Richardson, born December 5, 1960, passed away November 4, 2010, at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. A funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 7, 2010, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street in Des Moines. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until service time.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Brooke (Brad) Eggert; father, W. F. Richardson; brothers, Bill (Brenda) Richardson and Ronnie (Natalie) Richardson; grandchildren, Bryce, Allison, Brett, and Michael; niece, Brianna; fiancé, Angela Moon; and many other loved ones. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jody Oakes, and his mother, Frances (Fazio) Richardson.
Memorial contributions may be directed toward the family.

I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you have the strength to get through this hard time. I know you do! keep your chin up, we are all here for you. hopefully he's in a much better place now. to the rest of Michaels family i'm sorry for you too. may he rest in peace.

Angie, I am soo sorry this had to happen, just when you were so happy. I know it doesn't seem fair but we have to believe there is a reason for everything. Remember the good times you had together, that helps get you through the horror of the present. If you want to get away for awhile, my door is always open. I love you. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mom, I am so sorry for your loss! I know michael was the love of your life! I wish your time together wasnt so short! No matter what michael knows you loved him with all your heart and i am more than sure that he felt the same way.The family will be here for you!!! We love you soooo much!

To the whole family i am so sorry for your loss. He was an amazing man and a grate person, but to my mom- you know he loved you with everything he had! you were his world. our family was the best when he was arould, we all loved him and we knew he made you the happiest then anyone has ever befor. please stay strong you know he wants you to be strong. we will take care of you mom.
