David William Turner

David William Turner, 75, passed away on April 25, 2026, at University Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

David was born April 16, 1951, in Chicago, Illinois to William and Lorraine (Hall) Turner. He was a proud veteran, having served four years in the United States Airforce. David worked as a Corrections Officer for over 5 years. He was a very kind and loving man. David especially loved his four cats, Arthur, Princess, Jasper and Merlin.

David is survived by his sister Jane (Boyd) Largent; nieces and nephews, Clark Largent, Kelley Largent, Kati Turner, Leon Turner, Georgina Turner, Waylon Turner, William Turner and Wayne Turner; and his sister-in-law, Andrea “Sam” Turner.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William C. and Lorraine Ann Turner and his siblings, Randall “Randy” Turner and William “Billy” Turner.
