Donna Wills

Donna Marie Wills, 67, passed away June 26, 2026 in Des Moines Iowa.

She was born September 1, 1958 to her parents, Anna and Donald Cook in Stronghurst, Illinois. She graduated from Southern High School in 1976 before moving to Burlington, Iowa where she spent most of her life.

Donna enjoyed arts and crafts and never met an animal she didn’t like, but especially loved dogs. She liked to tell jokes and laugh with everyone.

She worked as a longtime seamstress before retiring in 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Donna is survived by her Brother Dave (Tina) Cook of Wilton Iowa, and her son Cody (Emily) Young of Des Moines Iowa. Donna was looking forward to welcoming her first grandchild later this summer.

A celebration of life will be held this fall.
