Felicia Ann Williams
August 05, 1971 — July 13, 2026
Felicia Ann Williams, lovingly known as "Fe," passed away on July 13, 2026, in Des Moines, Iowa, at the age of 54.
Born on August 5, 1971, Felicia brought light and joy to all who knew her. She attended Moulton Elementary and Hoover High School and was a home healthcare nurse before pursuing a career as a massage therapist. She was dedicated to her craft and found fulfillment in helping others through her work. She was the owner and operator of Repose Massage Therapy.
Felicia's greatest joy came from spending time with her loving husband and being surrounded by her family. She cherished planning and attending family gatherings, traveling, and creating memories filled with laughter and love. She was a devoted wife and a proud mother and grandmother to her four daughters and nine grandchildren.
Felicia is survived by her devoted husband, Steve; her daughters, Monique Louis, Tomesha Louis, and two stepdaughters, Lisa Williams and Marianne Williams. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: A'moni Louis, Amazia Jackson, Ayanna Louis, Bella Camp, Alliyah Weaver, Adrianna Ross, Javeer Ross Jr., Finley Williams, and Mae Schumann.
She is also survived by her siblings, Shameeka Carlisle, Angelique Louis, Tangerine Fuller, and Antoine Louis Jr.; her aunts, Queen Imani Maat-khufux, Barbara Carter, Willie-Mae Overstreet, and Gloria Hill-Thomas; and numerous cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernadine Oakley and Antoine Louis Sr., whose love shaped the person she became.
If Fe could leave us with one final message, we are sure it would have included something like this:
"Remember how much we loved one another. Cherish your family always; make time to gather, laugh often, create beautiful memories, and never take each other for granted. Life is precious, but the love we share is what lives on forever. Keep loving, keep forgiving, keep smiling, and always stay connected as a family."
Felicia's warmth and generosity touched everyone she met. She treasured shared meals, heartfelt conversations, and the bonds that kept her family close. Her wish for those she leaves behind is to continue these traditions—gathering often, cherishing one another, and creating beautiful memories together.
A Celebration of Life will be held in late summer or early fall of 2026 to honor Fe's remarkable life and enduring legacy.
Felicia Ann Williams will forever be remembered for the love she gave so freely. May her memory inspire kindness and unity among all who knew her.
