Jeannette “Jann” Lawson-Graham
February 4, 1950 – September 27, 2025
Jeannette “Jann” Lawson-Graham, 75, of Bondurant, Iowa, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025.
Jann was born on February 4, 1950, in Marshalltown, Iowa, to Alma Wagner. She attended AIB, where she earned her degree before beginning a life filled with love, laughter, and hard work.
Together with her husband, Clinton Graham, Jann ran Plum Enterprizes, a family construction business they operated for many years. She was a woman of integrity and determination who took great pride in the work.
Jann’s love for animals was well known to everyone who knew her. Her favorite cat, Woody, held a special place in her heart, but she adored all her furry companions through the years. Her compassion extended beyond animals—she cared deeply for family, friends, and anyone who crossed her path.
For the past four years, Jann worked at Menards in Altoona, where she found great joy as a stocker in the pet department—a role that suited her perfectly. She cherished her coworkers and took pride in a job well done.
Jann found simple joy in life’s comforts—Hallmark movies, QVC, and most of all, time spent with her family. She drove a Mustang for many years, later trading it for a Prius, which became her new favorite ride.
Jann is survived by her loving husband, Clinton Graham; her children, Scott Graham, Chris (Julie) Vitek, and Clinton (Terry) Graham Jr.; grandchildren, Nathan (Ali) Eshelman, Kara Eshelman, Jay Graham, and Nicole Graham-Brown; and many other beloved family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alma and Stanley Ledvina; and her sister, Margerie Benda.
Jann wished for things to remain simple—just as she lived her life—with love, laughter, and kindness at the heart of it all.

I worked with Jann at Menards and was always happy to see here when I walked into work. She will be deeply missed. Work won't be the same without her there.

As one of your other grandchildren’s wife, you will be missed. My kids (your great grandkids) throughly enjoyed spending time at the house, trying eggplant and eating popsicles with you.
Tell Jay hi there for us.
