John Wilbur McClintic, born on June 12, 1970, passed away on June 22, 2026. He was a beloved son, brother, fiancé, uncle, and friend, who touched the lives of many during his time on this earth.
John was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean McClintic (McCall), and his father, Wilbur LeRoy McClintic Jr. He is survived by his fiancé, Kathleen Smith; two sisters, Janice (Rob) O’Brien and Jenn (John) Zepp; as well as two nephews and two nieces. He is also survived by Kathleen’s sister, Connie (Rick) Walker, and a wide circle of extended family and friends who remember him fondly.
A man of many passions, John found joy in hunting and fishing with friends, and he had a special talent for working on old cars. He also enjoyed taking on his CB radio. His adventurous spirit and zest for life will be missed by all who knew him.
The family and friends of John Wilbur McClintic plan to honor his memory by holding a celebration of his life at a later date. During this gathering, they will share memories and reflect on the impact he had on their lives. Additionally, they suggested that donations could be made to a charity of choice in his memory as a way to celebrate his legacy.
