Joseph Burris

Joseph Gregory Burris was born on September 10, 1957 to Ronald and Patricia (Faber) Burris, passed away on December 27, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.

He was a devoted man who cherished his time with those closest to him. His faith became the foundation of his life and helped form his strength through many challenging illnesses. He will be remembered for his fun disposition, his love of fishing and music and the simple beauty of nature and appreciation of God’s creation. He was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and looked forward to their games, Nascar and anything with motors and wheels was his passion.

He leaves behind his mother, Patricia (Faber) Jones, sons Brian “Bre”, Daniel “Jessie”, brothers Steve, Mark “Lori”, Timothy and sister Therese. Granddaughter Lily Burris and special memories with his Aunt Rita and his cousin Craig Faber, numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death, father Ronald Burris, brothers David and Paul Burris, sister in law Kathy Burris, grandparents William and Mabel Burris and Charles and Marie Faber.

He will be deeply missed but his love, values and memories will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

A Rosary and Mass of Christian burial and Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.

Memorials may be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
