We are so sorry to hear about your loss, Rose and family. Francis was a wonderful neighbor, always cheerful and kind. Brian and I were talking about how when he was still driving, he would toot his horn and give a friendly wave when he passed us in the yard! He was a great neighbor and friend and will be missed.
Holding you in our hearts,
Kathy & Brian
