Linda M. Longacre

Linda M. Longacre, 73, passed away November 5, 2025, at Kings Garden Lutheran Home in Perry, Iowa.

Linda was born January 20, 1952, in Des Moines to Lowell and Shirley (Corwin) Lee. She lived on Whidbey Island in Washington for 32 years, where she raised her children. Linda loved the ocean and watching the planes and trains while living there. She worked for Physio Control in Redmond, Washington. Linda enjoyed sewing, knitting and needlepoint on plastic canvas. In her later years, she will be remembered for never missing a chance to share a playful pinch.

Linda is survived by her children, Stacey (Jeff) Hill and Jason (Lacey) Longacre; grandchildren, Jordan and Allysa Hill and Nora and Hudson Longacre; siblings, Les (Diana) Lee and Kathy (Mike) Siverly; niece, Heidi (Hailey) May; nephew, Michael (Sam) Clingan-Siverly; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
