Michael Aaron Glenn, 62, passed away Friday, August 8, 2025, at his home in Des Moines.

Michael was born September 30, 1962, in Des Moines, Iowa to Keith Glenn, Sr. and Helen O. (Gulans) Glenn. He worked for UPS for over 40 years and was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 90.

Michael’s family was his greatest joy and he loved spending time with them. He was very artistic and enjoyed photography and music. His cats held a special place in his heart and one of his hobbies was storm chasing. Michael was an avid Hawkeye fan and his favorite food was anything spicy!

He is survived by his children, Nathan Glenn, Katie Glenn, and Kristina Glenn; mother, Helen Glenn; brother, Keith Glenn, Jr.; and many other extended family and friends.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Keith Glenn, Sr.

There will be a graveside service at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Des Moines on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Michael.
