Richard "Dick" Easter

Richard Lynn Easter, 91, passed away December 9, 2025 in Des Moines, Iowa.
Dick was born on November 26, 1934, to Lynn and Flora Easter. He was an Iowa businessman with Easter Enterprises and played an instrumental role in the development of the Iowa Cubs organization.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Easter; two daughters; two step-children; one grandchild; five step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and his sister, Judy (Tom) Miller.
Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 16, 2026 at Iowa Veterans Cemetery, 34024 Veterans Memorial Drive in Adel, Iowa.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Iowa State Fair Blue Ribbon Foundation in loving memory of Dick.
