Run Ngan

Run Ngan, 64, passed away on July 5, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born September 15, 1961 to her parents Onn Khon and Theng Ngan. Run enjoyed gardening and fishing. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Run is survived by her husband, Tith Hem; children, Pi Knight Hem, Danniel Smith, Jenneatta Kid Hem, Jennybee Hem; 13 grandchildren; sisters, Saun and Maylee; and brother, Saroeun and Lay.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Heng Ngan.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2026 at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines. Family will greet friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with service to follow at 12:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family in loving memory of Run Ngan.
