Billy Wheeler III

Billy Wheeler III, age 54, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2026. He was born the son of Victoria and Billy Wheeler II on May 7, 1972, in Houston, Texas.

He was a true people person who loved helping others, spending time outdoors, riding his bike, and sharing special moments with his brother, Leo.

He is survived by his father, Billy Wheeler II; brothers, Leo (Amanda) Wheeler, JR (Tammy) Elswick, and Donnie Elswick; sister, Marlena Freeman, stepson’s, Dustin Carpenter and Archie Carpenter; niece, Sierra Wheeler; and significant other, Sheila Mossett.

Billy was preceded in death by his mom, Victoria; and the love of his life, Brenda Carpenter.

No services will be held at this time.

So sorry for your loss. I didn't know him for long but the times I did spend with him he was a great man. Very funny and helpful. He'll be missed.
