Cindy was a beloved bartender at Highland Park Country Club, known by all for her warm heart and superb cooking. From Taco Tuesday’s, to Steak Friday’s, to her legendary weekend breakfasts—especially her loaded hash browns—were the talk of the town. “Man-O-Man,” people would say, they were unforgettable. Always kind, always caring, she had a gift for listening and making people feel truly seen. Her visits to Prairie Meadows and the ocean at South Padre Island were always a favorite of hers.

Family was everything to Cindy, being a mother and grandmother wasn’t just a role—it was her passion, her purpose, and her joy. She was the true definition of a mother in every sense of the word.
