Debra Trafter, age 68, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at her home. She was born on July 6, 1956, in Des Moines, Iowa, she was raised by her mom, June, and her stepdad, Darrell George.

Debra was a creative spirit with a passion for crafting and a love for visiting flea markets. She enjoyed traveling with her daughters to set up booths, where she sold her handmade sterling silver jewelry and unique fairies. Known for her thriftiness and eclectic collections, she was affectionately called a collector of “all of the things.”

Above all, Debra lived for her children and grandchildren. She dedicated her life to showering them with love, affection and spoiling them. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Celebration of Debra’s Life will be held at a later date.
