John's heart truly shone through his unwavering dedication to helping others. Whether offering a hand to a stranger or supporting a dear friend, he approached every interaction with kindness and compassion. He was also a man of deep faith, always ready to share his beliefs with those who would listen, and he began and ended each day with heartfelt prayers for his family and friends.

John leaves behind his devoted wife of 29 years, Mona, who was his constant companion and greatest love. He is also survived by his brother, Mark (Debbie) Weber, their daughter, Tiffany (Thomas Foote) Weber; her daughter, Audrey Weber; sister, Diane (Rich) Rierson; her son, Jeff (Kirsten) Anderson; their son, Ewan Anderson; and Johns his cherished godchildren, Sean Boyd, Josh Boyd, Noah Boyd, and Samantha Riess.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Wilma, and his brother, William “Bill” Weber, whose memory he held dear.
