Kay Goff, age 88, passed away on March 11, 2026. She was born February 2, 1938 in Iowa Falls, Iowa and graduated in 1956 from Woodside High School. Kay worked with her family at their family-owned Breezy Hill Restaurant, food service at Camp Dodge for the Iowa Highway Patrol School and later as a real estate agent.

Kay is survived by her son, Chris Lettington of Salt Lake City, Utah, and his daughter, Summer; step-sons Steve and Jeff Cooper of Des Moines, step-daughter, Vickie Cooper of Missouri; brother, Jon (Joyce) Christensen of Port Aransas, TX; sisters Sylvia (Steve) Perry of Green Valley, AZ, and Judi (Jon) Murphy of Urbandale, IA; niece, Diane (Dale) Pehl; nephews, Aaron (Alene) Bailey, Eric (Mitzi) Bailey, Sean (Serenda) Murphy and Dale Christensen; and many great nieces and nephews.

Kay was preceded in death by her first husband Ed Cooper (of 37 yrs), second husband, Blaine Goff (of 6 ½ yrs); father and mother, Fred and Irene Wagaman; sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Glenn Bailey; niece, Glenda Bailey; and nephews, Shawn Christensen, Steven Perry, and Ryan Murphy.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 25, 2026, with memorial service following at 11:00 a.m., at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue, Des Moines. Burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
