Kelsi Nicole Rupert, 22, passed away on November 8, 2025 in Altoona. She was born on June 14, 2003, in Des Moines to parents, Michael and Vicki Rupert.

Kelsi was a bright and compassionate soul whose love for life and others touched everyone who knew her. She attended Florida Atlantic University, where she planned to receive a degree in Actuary Science, Accounting or something math related. In recent years, Kelsi also found success as a professional model, carrying herself with grace, confidence, and kindness in all that she did.

Kelsi was passionate about investing in stocks and treasured the meaningful conversations she shared with her family about life, finance and the future. Her deep faith in Jesus guided her every day; she always kept her Bible by her bedside and lived out her beliefs through kindness, generosity, honesty and love.

With a heart of gold, Kelsi was selfless and giving—always putting others’ needs before her own and joyfully supporting numerous charities. She had the funniest sense of humor and was always joking around. Kelsi had a gentle spirit and a special affection for animals, especially bunnies.

Kelsi found joy in the simple beauty of life. She loved spending time at the beach, being out on the water, playing tennis, traveling, and taking long walks surrounded by nature. Her easygoing personality, compassion, and unwavering faith will forever remain an inspiration to all who knew and loved her.

Kelsi is survived by her parents, Vicki and Michael Rupert; sister Alli Rupert (fiancé, SangYup Lee) and Haley Rupert; grandparents, Curt and Nancy Rupert and Millie Hack; her adorable bunnies, Floopy and Bloopy; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Walter Hack.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
