Linda Lee Boylan, age 74, died Friday, June 13, 2025 at Taylor House Hospice surrounded by her family. She was born December 21, 1950 to Darlene and George Boylan in Des Moines, Iowa. She worked for 22 years at American Republic Insurance Co.
She is survived by her son, Orville Jr. and his wife Tammy Kellogg; her daughter, Missy and her husband James Cole; as well as twelve grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Beverly Wisecup and Georgeann Williams; and her daughter Shelley Kellogg.
Visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 20, 2025, with funeral service following at 1:00 p.m., at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Burial will take place at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Des Moines.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heart Disease, Cancer and Diabetes in loving memory of Linda.

Sorry for your loss. I have known your mom for probably 55 years. I babysit for all u kids,Before shelley was born.Your mom & Dad was married then.I stayed over alot. Linda's parents went to school with my mom. And as u kids grew up u all were friends.linda, Terri & I went to California & Branson together.A lady no matter where she went always had to pick something up for her kids .Her family was so special to her.She will be missed.Im glad she has been a part of my life.love u all.God be with u .Diana

So very sorry to fear of Linda’s passing. I didn’t meet her until a few years ago. I work with her daughter Missy. The short time I knew Linda, I thought she was a very nice lady. Linda will be missed.
