Lynda Sue McNulty, 78, passed away on May, 17, 2025, at Norwalk Nursing and Rehab in Norwalk, Iowa.
Lynda was born on April 7, 1947, to Keith and Eleanor (Morris) Howard in Des Moines, Iowa.
Lynda is survived by her daughter, Kristin (Kyle) Lattina; her grandchildren, Dominic and Olivia Lattina and Jacob and Kaylee Stites; her sister, Kathy Shrader; and her brother, Tom Howard.
Lynda was preceded in death by her parents, Keith and Eleanor; her son, Jason Stites; and her brother, Craig Howard.
Family will be greeting friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home; 5400 SW 9th Street, Des Moines, Iowa. Interment will follow visitation at Elm Grove Cemetery; 6505 Indianola Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Parkinson’s Foundation in loving memory of Lynda.

I only met Linda a few times with her son Jason, the first time she gave me a huge hug and I knew in an instant what a sweet kind woman she was. Terribly sorry for the family’s loss. I hope peace comes knowing that she will be reunited with her son Jason. 7 years I’m sure felt like an eternity to them both.

Lynda was my cousin. I will always remember her smile and her laugh. She had a really great laugh. I wish peace and love to her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
