It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Neal Myron Evans, who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 86.

Born on November 11, 1939, in Centerville, Iowa, Neal Myron Evans was the son of Wayne Scott Evans and Bernice Neal Evans. He was a husband to Karen Louise Evans and a father to Wade Trent Evans and Wanda Lynette Mullins. He leaves behind 2 grandchildren.

Neal served in the Navy. He was aboard the USS Henderson and USS McDermut Ships and he served as a fire control technician. Neal worked as a Service Manager at American Printing as well as Addressograph Multigraph. Neal also served his customers at Olson Graphics. He loved serving the community of Mitchellville as the American Legion Commander for several years. The pancake breakfasts were always his favorite.

Neal was preceded in death by Karen Evans and Reynea Evans.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mitchellville Legion Hall at a later date.

We will miss him dearly and cherish the memories with him.
