Peggy Louise Ault, 69, passed away on April 17, 2026 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.

Peggy was born on March 14, 1957 in Des Moines, Iowa to her parents, Jerry and Gayle (Albaugh) Adams of Elkhart.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 48 years, Robert; her children Stephanie (Ault) Reynolds and her daughter, Wrigley Reynolds, Brian (Amanda) Ault and their son, Easton Ault; brother, Ron Adams; aunts, Ileda (Bruce) Elder and Sharon (Gerald) Adams; uncle, Larry (Nancy) Vasey, as well as several additional relatives and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Gayle Adams; parents-in-law, Frank and Odena Ault; grandparents, Lewis and Carol (Sipling) Albaugh, Charles and Mary Adams; sister-in-law, Carla Ault; aunts and uncles, Gerald Adams, Bud Ault, Duane (Melva) Albaugh, Phyllis (Jack) Richards and Nancy Vasey; as well as several other family members and dear friends.

Peggy requested a private viewing by immediate family, followed by cremation and a private cemetery services at Byers/Cory Grove Cemetery outside of Elkhart.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Robert Ault or Stephanie Reynolds to help cover funeral and cremation expenses or the Madrid Home, 613 W. North St., Madrid, Iowa 50156, in memory of Peggy for their exceptional care and attention to the well-being of their residents and their families.
