Susan Ann Cran, 72, passed away on May 13, 2026 at UnityPoint Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. She was born on April 26, 1954, the daughter of Edwin Jensen and Betty (Erickson) Christensen.

Susan retired from Wells Fargo, where she worked as an Accounting Specialist and Financial Administrator. She loved to travel and spend time outdoors; Wyoming and the mountains held a special place in her heart. Susan was an avid Pepsi memorabilia collector and a member of the Iowa PepsiCo Collectors Club. You could almost always find Susan with a Diet Pepsi in hand. She loved to cook and bake and was well known for always having a batch of her famous chocolate chip cookies available to give away. But most important to her was the time she spent with her family.

Susan is survived by her husband, Bruce; children, Christopher (Katy) Cran and Melissa (Carlita Haak) Cran; granddaughters, Caroline and Charlotte, along with extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, David Jensen and Mary Jensen.

A Celebration of Life visitation will take place on Monday, May 18, 2026 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines, Iowa.
