Enoch Campbell

Enoch Edmund Campbell
of Ankeny, IA
In reverent fear and obedience Enoch walked with God; and he was not found among men, because God took him away to be home with Him. Genesis 5:24
Taken from this world and carried into the embrace of His Lord Jesus Christ, Enoch passed away at home on May 7, 2025 after a brief illness caused by a previously undiagnosed defect in his body. He made a positive difference in everyone that truly came to know him. He was born to Scott and Suzanne (Burke) Campbell on November 3, 1992 in Des Moines, Iowa.
Enoch was a brilliant young man. He was always curious about how things worked and was gifted artistically, musically and intellectually. He built his first printed circuit board at 7 years old, built his first computer at 11 years old and received a degree in Electronics, Robotics and Automation and was on the Dean's List graduating from DMACC. Enoch also enjoyed keeping his body strong and fit through lifting weights, jogging and nutrition. Most of all, Enoch was a man who loved and honored God with all his heart, with all his soul and all his strength and had a servant's heart and served the Lord, his family and his friends with loving, sacrificial devotion denying himself so that he could make life better for others without asking for anything in return. He was our gentle giant and had a calm, kind and joyful demeanor. He worked with his father at Power Arc Ignitions and with others online on the Steam platform creating games. Enoch loved his church family at Real Life Church in Ankeny, Iowa and served in the media ministry.
Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Scott and Suzanne, his brother Nathan (Diana), his Grandma June, Grandma Berny, Grandpa Richard, cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, niece and his many pets.
Enoch was preceded in death by his Grandpa Ray, Grandpa Edmund and Grandma Nance' Jane.
Family will greet guests on Monday, May 12, 2025 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 p.m. at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines, Iowa. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Enoch will be laid to rest at Greenwood Friends Cemetery in Ankeny, Iowa.

One of the greatest guys. Not only supremely capable of solving the hardest problems, his style of humor will be unmatched as time continues. A careful, considerate GENIUS who has been inexplicably taken from us. He's got an answer for when I find him again
