Lilo Sweet

Lilo Maria Sweet born March 4, 2007, crossed the rainbow bridge July 17, 2024.

Lilo was born in Albia, Iowa. She was brought home to Des Moines and became our family for 17 ½ years. We’ve been through a lot together.

One of Lilo’s favorite things was to be under a blanket. She used to love walking around the lake and always wanted those treats. She loved car rides and being in the sun. Lilo loved her Mamas. Especially the one who snuck her people food. She had so many names; Lilo, Lee Lee, Chi Chi, Stinker Puff, and many more and she responded to all of them. Her siblings and her Mamas are going to miss her.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Paula and Jennifer Sweet; brother, Monkey Joe; and sister, Bailey Jo Nicole.
